UPDATE: I'm going to Naryn! We swear in as official Peace Corps volunteers next Thursday, June 3, and then it's off to the oblast most notorious for its negative temperatures. I'll update again when I'm settled in with my new host family and have met my counterpart. I've heard rumors that I might be close to regular internet access - fingers crossed!

    Woo, negative temperatures! Oregon has really prepared you for that. I hope your move goes well and you have regular e-mail access. Your e-mails are so fun! And you should put pictures on your blog so we can see how beautiful your homeland is...
